- Want to track your parcel? A tracking number has been sent to you via email (and may have ended up in Junk!)
- Some parcels may need to be signed for on arrival. If you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection within a reasonable amount of time, the parcel may be returned to us & we will need you to help us cover the cost of re-sending.

- Refund – available with a small $10 processing and restocking fee
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Return must be approved by our team via email first
- Earrings are final sale due to strict hygiene regulation
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
